Dresses ship direct from our manufacturers. Inventory changes daily. Orders are submitted each morning to our manufacturer. Within a day or two, they fax us back with availability. In stock dresses normally ship within 3-5 business days (or less). Because they are constantly receiving new shipments, your order may be on a future shipment. Please log into your online tracking to view your expected ship date. If no information is listed, please check back again in a day. We note customers wear date on each order. If the wear date is too close to the ship date, your order may be cancelled and an email will be sent to you.

Veils and Accessories-Most ship direct from our facility within 3-5 business days. Occasionally we run out of a product so your order may be held until our next shipment arrives

Rosary beads, Jewelry and Gift Items-Usually require 2 weeks and will ship separately
NOTE: Neither our manufacturers nor we have an unlimited stock on merchandise. As the season progresses, inventory will be depleted so please be patient and understanding. If we need to contact you about a sold out item. Please have back up styles in mind to avoid any further delay and most importantly, Allow SUFFICIENT time for your order to be processed. We understand this is a very important day but we are doing our best to satisfy every customer in a timely manner.
Received Wrong or Damaged Item-Please email us your order number, name and item number that you received in error. We will rectify the mistake as quickly as possible. Please keep your shipping box.
Sizing-Please refer to the sizing chart listed in each product description. Sizing charts are based on the dress itself. Please measure your child and compare it to that chart.
