At MyFirstCommunion.com, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality product at the best prices. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply follow these simple instructions to obtain a return authorization.

Single dress purchases may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping). There is a $10.00 stocking fee on all dress returns. This fee is waived on exchanges or reorders.

Veils: Return for full refund (excluding shipping)

Shoes, Hosiery and anklets-NOT RETURNABLE

Gloves, Purses and Gifts-may be returned for full refund (excluding shipping)
Due to seasonality of our products, all return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product and returned within 2 weeks.
- All tags must remain intact and products must be returned in original packaging with no sign of damage or use.
- Multiple dress/veil Purchases-All Sales Final. No returns or exchanges (see details below)
Please email us at returnrequests@aol.com with the following information:
name, order number, products being returned. We will email you a return authorization number and return instructions. MyFirstCommunion.com reserves the right to refuse credit on any product that is returned in non saleable condition (i.e. damaged, altered, worn, stained, etc) No returns will be accepted after 2 weeks of delivery date
Returns that are sent back without an authorization will not be credited and customer will be subject to all return shipping fees.
Ordering Multiple Dresses or Veils: All Sales Final-No returns or exchanges
No other online company offers the selection of styles and sizes. We invest a tremendous amount of money to ensure that we have a variety of styles and sizes so each customer can receive the dress/veil that is right for their child. Very few online companies stock their apparel and most do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind. Most are considered "special orders" requiring 8 weeks. We stock our apparel. With such a variety, it is sometimes hard to decide which style or size is right. We have found some customers purchasing multiple styles and sizes. Unfortunately this quickly depletes our inventory. First Communion season lasts only a few months and it takes on average four weeks to put the dress back into our online inventory from the time the order is placed. Besides the additional time involved in processing returns, the expense is also high to our company.

Each dress has a link in its product description for sizing. Please refer to the chart for the particular dress that you are interested in. If you follow those measurements, you will greatly reduce the risk of needing to exchange or return your apparel. All of our online images are large, clear digital photos. Most include closeups of details as well as views of different angles. If you require any additional information regarding sizing or design, please let us know!
Please remember, we DO allow returns and exchanges on single dress and veil purchases!
note: We understand that customers don't always have time to send back an item for an exchange. In this case, we suggest placing a new online order and sending the first item back for credit (always obtain a return authorization before sending any item back)
